We’ll try to offer open play all day, every day — always subject to availability. Play will be organized by Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Challenger. Open play sessions will always be max 3 hours.

Member Court Passes & Guest Policy
A simple guide for booking courts, sharing court costs, and bringing guests to play.
What is a Court Pass?
A court pass equals 1 hour of court play. Members receive a monthly allotment based on membership level.
*Members may use court passes toward their portion of a court reservation.

- Guests may play when invited by an active member.
- Add guests in advance by email to info@casapickle.com, by phone at (346) 460-5544, or at the front desk as spots allow.
- Gold and Diamond Members may bring unlimited guests per month; each visitor may only be a guest once per month under any member.
- The location where a visitor account is first created becomes that visitor's primary location. Visitors may only be guests at that location.

When does this begin?
As soon as May 1, 2026. Some features roll out in phases.
Can I play at both locations?
Yes — the new structure supports play across both Casa Pickle — Galleria and Space City.
Am I restricted to certain times or courts?
No — however, access is always subject to availability, and members get early access before the public.
What happens if I do nothing?
Yes, membership options are designed to fit different playing styles and schedules. Whether you play occasionally or regularly, there are flexible plans that provide varying levels of access, benefits, and overall value.
Do members get access to events and programs?
Your membership transfers to the corresponding new plan for the remainder of your current term. Legacy pricing is honored through that term.
Does the 30-day cancellation policy apply right away?
No. It applies to new memberships and renewals. Members simply transitioning won’t trigger a new 30-day cancellation requirement.
How does the referral bonus work?
You get $25, and your friend gets 20% off any annual plan (up to $300). The 20% stacks on the annual discount. Email rishi@casapickle.com with both the referring member and the new member on the email to claim it.
Can I bring the same guest more than once a month?
No. A player may only visit as a guest once per month — across any member’s account and either location. They can come again as a guest next month, or join any time as a member or passholder.
Can I use complimentary court hours for private coaching?
No. Complimentary court reservations are for recreational play only. Outside coaches are welcome, but they can’t use complimentary courts — they must pay the full court fee.
Do open play passes expire?
Existing passes are honored at their original location. Legacy shareable passes remain shareable; new passes are non-shareable.
When does the digital rack launch?

What if my court reservation has fewer than 4 players?
Online complimentary reservations require 4 players. If someone doesn’t show, the member will be charged for the missing portions. You can always come to the facility for first-come, first-serve court booking — even with fewer than 4 players.
